   Had a bad start to ordering off the app. Had to place the order twice. The twice it was placed, money taken from account, and then for some unknown reason money put back into my account, and the clothes not sent?Once I managed to get through to customer service this was rectified straight away, and my order was sent out. I’m giving the review 5 stars because the clothes were fantastic, and the customer service was very helpful and prompt.
