We will stitch your dress to your specified size dimensions rather than the chosen size to guarantee a flawless fit.
We take pleasure in on-time product delivery and want to make sure you enjoy your time buying with us. While all items in our bridal part will be sent to you within three to four weeks, all items displayed in our brand sector will be delivered within 12 to 14 working days.

We accept returns for all readymade items, and for all unstitched dress or semi-stitched items. These items are eligible for both refund and exchange.
What items are not eligible for return?
All Custom Stitch items or Dress Material purchased with stitching are not returnable for Refund or Exchange. Such Items are eligible for free alterations only.

Due to high delivery costs depending on size, all fanciful designer garments will come with special packaging but without boxes. If you'd want a box sent with your outfit, there will be an additional fee.
Most things are delicate and subject to a 5–10% variation possibility because they are hand-embroidered or adorned. You agree to the possibility of deviation from the offered photographs by placing an order on our website. Every attempt is made to keep the deviation to a minimum.

It’s a shame you don’t stock the shapewear in store. I had to order 2 items on line and then found them unsuitable for me , they were too long in the body . A lot of your clothes are made for tall as well as big people I have found . Anyway I had to return them to store and although I got a refund I am out of pocket because of the postage because you only sell those items on line . Free postage and packing would have been preferable for me .Item seemed of good quality and the staff in store we very helpful, just not a good fit for me personally.
