Quick delivery, good packaging.Efficient return system and refund times.Nice clothes which look reasonably like what they do on the models (who are a bit thin for a plus size shop…)Their size guides are terrible though. I literally did the measurements with a dressmaker’s tape, looked at the guide (specific to the brand!) and ordered. When it came it was huge and floating. I had to go two sizes down! Yes, good for my ego but bad for my time, effort and having-to-pay-postage states.Just so people know, the quality from Yours took a sharp nose dive a couple of years ago, about when they got more variety. Lots of loose threads and bad seams which come undone, and cheaper feeling material. Saying that, the variety is amazing and they really are the only good shop with good fitting patterns for plus sized women so I’d still strongly recommend.
