My last experience was easy and smooth.My only issue was I was looking for a particular coat which was so popular they were selling out fast. Jacket style was sold out but i found the same style in a coat. Very limited due to it being popular for this winter managed to get the colour I want in my size. The volume was very low but I am happy. Good offer in the sale. Despatched and arrived quick & I am loving the coat. Smooth to touch, very warm, good quality. A fantastic price. It was my birthday present to myself. You can dress up or down, the coat will make you look stunning.
