Standard and Custom Stitching:

  • Standard Stitched Items: Items stitched to our standard size chart are meticulously crafted for quality. These items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless defective.
  • Custom or Semi-Custom Stitched Items: Custom-tailored garments are made to your specified measurements and are not returnable or refundable. These items are final sale due to their personalized nature.

Ready-to-Wear Items:

  • Ready-to-wear items are returnable within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unaltered, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please fill out the return form on our website.

Restoration Fee:

  • A restoration fee of £20 will be applied to all returned ready-to-wear items to cover handling and restocking.

Return Shipping Charges:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure the safe and documented delivery of your return.

Process for Returns:

  1. Contact Us: Please contact our customer support at support@izemporium.com or call us at +44 7456 261486. Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
  2. Approval: Our team will review your request. If your return is in line with our policy, we will provide you with approval and detailed return instructions.
  3. Return Shipment: Send the item back to us following the provided instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, if it meets our conditions, we will process your refund, minus the restoration fee, to your original payment method.

Exceptions:

  • Defects or discrepancies in the product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos as proof.
  • Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Timing:

  • Approved refunds are processed within a certain number of days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Changes to the Refund and Returns Policy:

  • IZ Emporium reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
