  4. Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted as the order may already be processed.

Non-Refundable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on:

  • Customized or Altered Products: Items that have been altered or customized per your request are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Costs

Refunds will cover the full cost of the item. However, shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
