1. Returns

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return Request:
    • Email us at returns@izemporium.com with your order details (order number and item name) and reason for the return.
  2. Approval Confirmation:
    • Once your request is reviewed, you will receive an approval email with return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item:
    • Pack the item securely and send it to the return address provided in the confirmation email.
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

2. Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

Partial Refunds:

5. Cancellations

  • After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed, as the order may already be processed.
