Refund Returns

Duration: All eligible items purchased from IZ Emporium can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. Any items returned with stains, wear and tear, or any other kind of damage will not be accepted.

Exceptions:

Stitched articles and products under the “Smilly Stitched” brand are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they have a demonstrable defect.
Items such as bespoke or made-to-order outfits, sale items, and accessories may not be eligible for returns.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, if approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a traceable and insured return shipping method as IZ Emporium.com is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Exchange Policy:
Duration: For eligible items wishing to be exchanged for a different size, color, or design, please do so within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at sales@izemporium.com with your order number, product details, and reason for exchange.

Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is out of stock, you may be offered a refund or store credit.

Shipping for Exchanges: The customer is responsible for return shipping. Once we receive the item for exchange, IZ Emporium will cover the shipping cost for the exchanged product to be sent back to the customer.

Important Notes:
Any discounts or promotional offers applied at the time of purchase will be adjusted in case of returns or exchanges.
Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. Ideally, return the items in the original packaging.
Any discrepancies or damages in received items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the package to be eligible for returns or exchanges.
