Eligibility for Returns

• Ready-to-Wear Items: Items are eligible for return within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
• Standard Stitched Items: Returns are only accepted if the item is defective. Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence.
• Custom or Semi-Custom Stitched Items: Due to the personalized nature of these products, returns are not accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Approval: Once we review your request, we will notify you if your return is approved. You will receive instructions on how to return the item.
3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure your item is safely returned.
4. Inspection: Once the returned item is received, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed according to our refund policy.

Special Considerations

• Final Sale Items: Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Restoration Fee: A £20 restoration fee applies to all returned ready-to-wear items to cover handling and restocking.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
