Please be aware that some components businesses utilize for advertising may not be included in the packaging, resulting in a bit of variation in the length, cut, style, or number of decorations.
Dresses made of transparent materials like chiffon or net will be given with linings, and dresses seen in the photographs without sleeves will come with sleeves.
IZ Emporium now offers fully customized stitching for our customers and our basic factory stitching. With this choice, you can find a suit that fits your personality perfectly. The steps are straightforward: choose any size and include your exact size measurements in the "Additional Note" area on the checkout page, or email [email protected] with your dimensions. We will stitch your dress to your specified size dimensions rather than the chosen size to guarantee a flawless fit.
We take pleasure in on-time product delivery and want to make sure you enjoy your time buying with us. While all items in our bridal part will be sent to you within three to four weeks, all items displayed in our brand sector will be delivered within 12 to 14 working days.

What items can be returned?
We accept returns for all readymade items, and for all unstitched dress or semi-stitched items. These items are eligible for both refund and exchange.
What items are not eligible for return?
All Custom Stitch items or Dress Material purchased with stitching are not returnable for Refund or Exchange. Such Items are eligible for free alterations only.

Due to high delivery costs depending on size, all fanciful designer garments will come with special packaging but without boxes. If you'd want a box sent with your outfit, there will be an additional fee.
Most things are delicate and subject to a 5–10% variation possibility because they are hand-embroidered or adorned. You agree to the possibility of deviation from the offered photographs by placing an order on our website. Every attempt is made to keep the deviation to a minimum.
Please be aware that a product's color may not exactly match the image on our website. This might be caused by how lighting changes during shooting or how colors are shown on digital media devices.
Beading or sequences may occasionally move; this is not a flaw but rather a result of the nature of the art. Wearing certain items of clothes should be done with caution.
Please remember that dry cleaning is suggested for all apparel items purchased from our website.
Any claims for variation, beading/sequence displacement, or damage from washing or using a different method than recommended will not be covered by us.
